Imamiya Satoshi (Sasshi) and Asahina Arumi are childhood friends. They lived in Abenobashi Shopping Arcade in Osaka. One day, several things happen in a row tat changed their life.
First, Sasshi's bath house has closed and has been torn down. Then, Arumi and her family are planning to move to Hokkaido.
The tragedy strikes as Sashi's grandfather falls from the roof of his shop. While he is hospitalized, the two children are transported to a series of alternate reality shopping arcades, from a prehistoric one, to a hi-tech future one, and even a Hollywood satire one.
Why can those two preteens slip into a weird parallel world? And how can it happen?
The best thing about this anime is the ending theme song (performed by Hayashibara Megumi sensei). I like it very very much ! ^_^ Recommended for all ages.
